Emergency Telephone BASIS Support

For urgent problems, if you call +44 (0)208 1231015 you will be speaking to a qualified SAP BASIS consultant straight away if one is available, or leave a message and a qualified BASIS consultant will call you back as soon as possible. They will do their best to talk you through your problem on the phone or arrange for someone to get on site as soon as possible and, if it's an easy fix, we wont even charge you!
Remote BASIS Support There are a number of technical solutions to allow our consultants to access systems remotely either via direct dial access or VPN connections. If you can offer this connection to us, we can provide cost effective remote support and resolve almost all technical issues without the expense of a site visit. We can offer this as a one off or as part of an ongoing support agreement.
Onsite BASIS Support There are times when a physical presence on site is required. If you have an ongoing support agreement, then the onsite support is guaranteed within 24 hours of the need being confirmed. If you don't have an ongoing agreement, we will do our best to supply someone anyway.
